At JEMKE Marketing we believe that your complete satisfaction with the items we promote is paramount. In every case, of a product offered on any of our websites, there is a procedure for a return or a refund. You do not need a reason for the return or refund, only that you are not happy with your purchase, however the procedures for returns or refunds are different for the different products we promote.
In cases where we physically deliver the product there will always be an invoice sent with the product that details the exact procedure for a return.
In cases where one of our partners or payment processors delivered the product, returns and refunds must be processed through that partner or payment processor. In every case the return and or refund policy will be simple and straight forward and will not require a reason for the return or refund.
