She is trained to …
She is trained to compete in European trials which are based on German rules. At every trial a dog runs till he smells a bird (point!), waits for a hunter and command GO! If the bird is close a dog just flush it,if birds run away in the meantine the dog creeps till he is close to them and then flush it without moving himself! Here, every pointing dog has to flush. If he points and after command GO! he is still on point it is a major fault called “dead poit” — here such dogs should not be breed.

Any dog is capable of “flushing”, the all want to flush in the beginning. Thats the puppy in them IMO. It takes a VERY trained dog to stand there, and alot of people are not willing to put the time in. And Weims are “pointing dogs” thats the reason they point, just like Wirehairs and other versatiles. I can train my English Pointer to flush a bird, but he is a “pointer” not a flusher. Get a spaniel if you want a flusher.

This is not a …
This is not a pointer, this is a weimaraner. A Weim is a versatile dog, capable of hunting, pointing flushing and retrieving.

Why do you want the …
Why do you want the dog to flush the bird? They are called “pointers” for a reason. I dont want my dog to move at all until I command him to. In the USA your dog is taught to stay steady to flush shot and then commanded to retrieve. I have never heard of a pointing dog being taught to flush, it goes against what they are bred for. But to each their own I guess.

This vid is from …
This vid is from Poland and in most of europe the dog also flushes the bird, therefore the “creep” as you call it is very effective and proper. You’ll notice she didn’t move until hunter was alongside. Dog should creep toward the bird with the gun, flush it then immediately drop as the bird is shot..then wait until directed to retrieve. That’s how it’s supposed to be done

She looks good, but …
She looks good, but I would stop letting her creep like that. Once she establishes point dont let her move after that. She needs to be honest on her birds. If she creeps like that she will bump them out of range. Other than that she looks good.
