Dog friendly self catering holiday cottages in UK?
Written by on Friday, September 19, 2008 – 3:21 pm -Can anyone tell me if they have been on a self catering holiday anywhere in the UK with their dogs where the owner of the property is willing to look after your dogs for you if you wanted to go out somewhere that didn't allow dogs, like an attraction or restaurant?
We are going on holiday in Lincolnshire this June where the owner breeds Weimaraners so they will look after the dogs for us (can't wait to go). But I like to book my holidays early so I am on the look out for next year already.
Any suggestions? I am really struggling to find anywhere.
my wife and i are just back from a great weekend in trenence farm cottages in cornwall. beautiful scenery, great cottages, loads of great dog-friendly beaches not far away. the owners are friendly too and as they're dog owners themselves fully welcome any dogs along. they even have a little doggy welcome pack left in the cottage!

we always take ours on holiday with us -some don't mind you leaving the dog alone while you just go for a meal
one in the IOM didn't mind us leaving them alone for a short time.
